this is so so true. some women frequent the clubs just so they can find some random dude who will spend money on them.

I don't blame them... we frequent the clubs for woman who will come home w/ us on waffle house and a couple of drinks... it's a 2 way street. So Cass, do you have anyone in your phone listed under Dinner?

Either way it's degrading for both parties. For my fellow ladies,AKA REAL WOMEN, if you can't buy it yourself, Sweetheart you may not need it. Don't sell yourself short for the latest fashion with a guy you don't even know at all. What if you get a STD or HIV? What if you get characterized as a HOE or EASY? See I have daughters and I make sure they see me getting me by me (translation, I buy my own and it feels good to do so. My oldest daughter tells everyone I AM HER HERO. Hearing this makes me feel better than a million bucks or being all glammed up!!!!!!!Take heed and be a role model, let's show our daughters, nieces, baby cousins and any young girl how to respect and carry themselves when they get older. And for my men out there who give the money freely, buy your daughter (if you have one) mother, sister, grandmother or better yet buy yourself something. Now, if you are in a relationship spend all the money you want to on your significant other atleast this way it's not done in vain.....................

Yeah that's still degrading for a woman to give it up for drinks, food, & 2 min of dick. I'm not the richest person in the world as far as money, but I can afford a nice night out on the town without any help from a man. I'm not hard up for a drink or dinner. Also if I'm out and a dude buys or sends me a drink I'll buy him a drink in return, so they won't get any ideas. But then again I'm not a club person anymore. So I can't relate at all with the names marked with dinner (maybe jumpoff).

I'm sorry but every time i go to the club (which has been far and few lately) I got a dude running off at the mouth about how he can wine and dine me, shopping and all this other stuff. Then dudes wonder why chicks are golddiggers. Why are you saying those things to me if you don't want to attract that type of woman.

I think that so many women these days insinuate that they can be bought or persuaded with material things. Subsequently, these guys game has been diminished to nothing more than quoting lame ass lyrics from whack ass songs. Xilla - you're right: it doesn't cost anything. How could you even put a price on that? =) The problem is that these guys have never had to scratch beyond the surface and don't know how to communicate or entertain a woman that doesn't NEED anything from them.

And to the females that indulge in the "perks" (if that's what you wanna call them) I ask again: Whatever happened to pride?

I am in total agreement with Artifice - get it how YOU live it and not through some 'club monster' who probably drives a luxury SUV (on dubbs), but can't report his income to the IRS. Super lame! Otherwise, no matter what you "get out of it", you are most definitely compromising yourself on some level.

What I don't understand is why a man who understands these things, still partakes in it to any degree? Are you smarter because you can get the cat for free? I only read the one blog and then I went to your page and read what you wrote about yourself and it confused me.
I once met a man in a bar and although all we exchanged at the time was numbers, he soon told me how disappointed he was in the women of the world with no self worth. I was at my lowest when I met him (dealing with turning 30), but within months I was back to my no-nonsense self and gave him the boot for cheating, he flipped on me. Well, I didn't understand how a man that thought women should feel worthy of the best, shouldn't stand for herself in ALL situations, him included.
So these women that you speak of banging like you hate them, are they truly aware of what they mean to you? And what can they mean to you if you say you are single, but still banging chicks?
