
Jennifer Hudson and her boobs were out in full force at the MTV Movie Awards this weekend. And, for the record let me just say that there is something about J-Hudd that makes me thirst for milk and I love it. Jennifer Hudson is doing big things for the thick women of the world. Since she’s slimmed down a bit she’s becoming more flexible as well. In a recent interview she talked about her diet & exercise plan.
“I walk up to my place on the 23rd floor. I take the steps,” Hudson says. “I can do it six times in a row. I’ve counted and it’s 300 steps. I don’t walk down because those steps are too narrow. I walk up and take the elevator down. I leap up some steps. Switch it up. I eat according to a diet. It’s my new healthy life plan.” Source



All She’s also flexible, “When I get stressed out, I do deep backbends,” says Hudson, who arches her back and gracefully falls backward until she just about hits the floor with her palms.
