A lot of you who follow me on Twitter may remember when I asked was DC called Chocolate City. Well my co-host of The Bleach Johnson Show made this T-Shirt as an answer to the racist white guy who had the N*gger Please Shirt. I think his shirt is playing the same racial injustice that I despise but I do think it’s funny though. What do you think?

It’s 2008 and people still wince when they see a black man and a white woman or vice versa. Although I have never been in a relationship with another race, I’ve always found a few woman of different races attractive like Rosario Dawson, Elisha Culbert and Lucy Lui. With more and more mixed women populated the videos is black on black dating dying?

Why do we switch races?

I know a lot of women who actually thought about giving up on black men and dating white men only. Many of crossed the line, and others claim they would never do such a thing. As the media portrays beauty as blonde hair, and blue eyes a walk around the night clubs or even fashion trendy malls what do you see? You’ll see black woman with blonde weaves,wigs, and color contacts. Do they want to be white or are they just trying to bait a black man?

The Black men are no better, more and more are trading in braids for mohawks [I myself had a mohawk] and more corporate cuts. Dressing like rock stars, parading white women on their arms as trophies. Some thing he would have never done with a Black woman. The white woman is more tame, knows her place and does not confront a Black man like a black woman does.

So should the Black woman pay for the Black man like many believe a white woman does no but she should hold her own. One of the biggest stereo types of Black women are that they are money hungry. Yet white women have the same dilemma. Only Black women f*ck for light bills, white women f*ck for HALF.

What’s your stance on Interracial Dating?

On June 21, 1949 in St. Louis MO, a bunch of black youths went for the first swim in a newly integrated pool. No violence happened to the children while they were swam but as they cooled off from the hot summer’s sun a MOB of whites gathered around the gates of the pool. Upon the blacks exit, the Fairground Riots began.

In 1949 there were 9 pools in St. Louis, 3 Indoor pools for Negro’s 4 for whites and another 2 outdoor pools for whites only. Until a reporter asked the city’s welfare director, John J. O’Toole, “whether Negroes could be allowed to swim in all the city’s public pools,” as “there was no law saying they couldn’t.” O’Toole replied: “If the colored people apply for admittance, my order is to admit them. I am not going to be a party to an unlawful gentleman’s agreement.” He used the phrase, gentleman’s agreement, to describe the tradition of segregation that the commissioner seemed to endorse.

When the Black children arrived at the pool that morning the whites entered the locker room and turned back around. That’s how the Mob of angry whites grew outside of the pool. They shouted racial slurs and made threats. After the pool closed the police had to come and escort the black children home. But Time Magazine reported

. . . all that afternoon, fist fights blazed up; Negro boys were chased and beaten by white gangs. In the gathering dusk, one grown-up rabble-rouser spoke out. “Want to know how to take care of those niggers?” he shouted. “Get bricks. Smash their
heads. . . .”

The crowd cornered two terror-stricken Negro boys against a fence. Under a volley of fists, clubs and stones, the boys went down—but not before one of them had whipped out a knife and stabbed one of his attackers. In the surge of fury the nearest whites kicked and pummeled the two prostrate bodies, turned angrily on rescuing police with shouts of “nigger-lover.”

The story of these riots goes on to lead to ten African Americans and five whites had been hospitalized. But it’s stories like this and many more like it, filled with hate, pride, and strength that Americans have over come. Yet many are still wading through this hate. Obama’s candidacy is one of the final steps we have to take to help heal America’s old wounds.

Wow, This song has left me speechless, If you ever wanted to know what it was like to grow up in the projects of Urban America then listen to the first verse of this song. There has been a lot of controversy over the title of this song/album. I have no problem with it, think about it.

When We Were Niggers the black race was so much closer as a people. We knew our neighbors, and we wanted to learn. Think about life now, our kids don’t want to learn but back in the day when we were “niggers” our kids went to ran down schools to make sure they learned reading, writing and arithmetic. Today’s school kids are more focused on Flavor of love, Soulja boy and getting ass.

I’m just wondering what is your take on the word nigger? Is it a word to never be spoken again, a word we use to show love to our black people, or a word to be used for motivation? I think it’s a motivating force that without it we wouldn’t be in the position to see the first Black president or make any of the progress we have had today.
