In my travels I’ve came across a few women who believe the main chick, wife, or wifey shouldn’t do certain things in the bedroom. They feel like as an issue of respect, that the main should not perform oral or if they do they shouldn’t go all the way and take a drink. Do they have a point or is this theory totally nonsense. 

A friend of mine came to me and asked me how can he get his girlfriend to be more active in bed. He stated that when they first met she was the biggest sexual intellectual, but now that she has the title she got lazy. She no longer feels like she needs to do the more taboo things, that helped him fall in love with her. Sadly there are a lot of women like this, but there are men like this too, men who run to “jump offs” to do nasty things, but then they say they will not allow their wifey to give dome, or do it outside and stuff like that. In my opinion I feel like the main chick should be the one you do these things with. I believe that it’s her duty to be his own personal freak in the bedroom, in the streets and do the things he desires. Sex is an endless arena of things to do, why limit your self because you now have a title?

What are your thoughts on this topic? Do you go all out or do you feel like a main chick shouldn’t be asked or requested to do certain things?

In a recent interview singer Chris Brown spoke about his relationship which Rihanna.

“Every interview I do, they’re like, ‘So, how are you and such and such doing?’ And I’m like, I don’t know you, ‘why you all in my business?’”

Let me get this straight, Chris Brown still doesn’t want to claim Rihanna? It made me wonder are titles still important?

When I first read his comment, it made me think of my younger days when I didn’t want to claim the girl whose hair I would pull, @ss I smacked, and got all sweaty with 2 or 3 times a week. I remember in depth conversations between my sweetie and I where we discuss the importance of a title. She would debate the need for one and I would claim that it was irrelevant. Looking back I know the reasons why I didn’t want a title to be present in my relationships. They are as followed

Options – When there is no title to a relationship you still have the option to sleep with other people. It’s the male equivalent to “You’re not my daddy” or “I don’t see a ring on this finger” I was basically leaving the door open just in case someone better came along.

Responsibility – With titles come more responsibility, just like in a job, if you’re a sales clerk you’re obligated to sell merchandise, but when you become manager you’re responsibility grows. With being a “boyfriend” you’re now obligated to do stuff that you weren’t obligated to do before, like buy pads, and make the bed after booty calls.

Expectations – Also with titles expectations grow, you’re now expected to be so much more. I think this is one of the reasons why sex confuses things in a friendship or relationship. People have an idea of what their ideal mate/boyfriend/girlfriend etc should be like and with a title you have to live up to that expectation.
