Mariah Carey goes IN on Marshall Mathers in her “Obsessed” song. It seems like R&B singers are holding back less and less when it comes to beef (i.e. Trey Songz D.O.A. diss to Kellz) But the only problem I have with this is the auto tune!! Mariah, you are a singer, SING! Throwing some auto-tune on your track does not make it harder, in fact it makes it harder to understand you. Ditch the cop out and just sing. The auto-tune boat has sailed.

Got a couple joints from Eminem, Mr. Fiasco, Ne-yo and T.I. and Electrik Red.

I’ve tried to get into Electrik Reds’ music. They are mediocre at best, nothing special vocally, just seems like a buncha pretty chicks. *yawn*

I’m liking the direction Eminem is taking his songs, although they are relatively dark, they are honest, and smart, classic Eminem.

The Ne-Yo song? *yawn*

This Lupe song may be a bit harder then you are used to from Lupe, I don’t know how I feel about it yet, maybe it’s a song I need to be in the mood to listen to.
