The Swag Helper Number 1

The Political Conversation Helper

I remember feeling this way about 2 other websites… Necolebitchie.com and my own. Yet, The Sauda Voice reminded of how fun it is finding a special site or wonderfulness. If you’ve been looking for a black blog by a female who speaks on things other than Entertainment, and gossip this is it. She writes about the corrupt republican handbook and the rape of black women in a way thats not over your head, and you don’t have to blast Erykah Badu and Dead Prez to be apart of her movement. Check out this site daily to boost your political swagger.

T-Pain Steals From Church and Others

Posted by BlogXilla On June - 30 - 2008

I’m sure most of the people who read this blog, believe in God even though you may not go to church as often as you like. Until you have crummy week, and you end up in church wearing club gear, and still drunk from the night before. One might say thats what happened to T-Pain after listening to his first single. From the look of things he seemed to have stole borrowed the melody to the gospel song Silver & Gold, for his latest lets get drunk and do the nasty anthem “Silver and Gold.”

Silver & Gold [T-Pain] or Silver & Gold [gospel]

It’s not the first time T-Pain has been accused or “borrowing a melody” from Antonio “Huggy Bear” Fargas

According to the three producers, who have crafted hits for Lionel Richie, Teena Marie, and All 4 One, they recorded the song, “Makin’Luv 2 A Playa,” in 1997 with actor Antonio Fargas providing the vocals. T-Pain allegedly received the song and re-worked it into his hit, ‘I’m N Luv Wit A Stripper” featuring Mike Jones.

Attorney Gregory Bodell explained, “The musical hook is nearly identical. It’s a little slower in my clients’song, but it was of course recorded 8 years earlier. When I listened to it, I said, ‘That’s the same hook.’” Source

I don’t know if T-Pain is stealing melody’s or not, but if he is at least he moved up in the world going from Huggy Bear to God.

S.I.T. #3 - I Got A Crush on You

Pulitzer Prize winning author Katherine Anne Porter once said Childhood is the fiery furnace in which we are melted down to essentials and that essentially shaped for good.

Remember when you where a kid and the little girl down the street would always come to your house to play, often bringing you candy or other sweet delights? You knew she liked you, and though you did not return her affection, you allowed her to continue. Hey why not? There was always someone there who wanted to play with you and hey it’s free candy. Who could say no to that?

Lil Wayne Has Dollicia Bryan in His Eyes

Posted by BlogXilla On June - 28 - 2008

In Lil Wayne’s latest video blog he spends about 50 seconds of the 1.30 sec video saying her name. Look like he’s trying to bring her on that tour bus, but Weezy, don’t do it she’s been around the block… Oh wait I guess he really wouldn’t care if she was a prostitute. Weezy, just ask Lil Bow Wow, you don’t want to end up on one of these blogs. Dollicia is fly though I can’t lie.
