Sarah Palin had one job last week: not to make her self look like any more of an idiot than she did during her interview with Katie Couric. If you didn’t see the series of interviews, there was one where Sarah couldn’t name the magazines or newspapers that she reads on the regular. Then, when asked to name one other Supreme Court case other than Roe vs. Wade, she named Roe vs. Wade. So, heading into the debate the bar was set lower than a 24-hour game of limbo.
She was short on policy and tough on attacks. She truly lived up to her label of a pit bull with lip stick, and you all know what we call a female pit bull. It was sort of funny to me, since she sounds like the mother from “Bobby’s World,” for her to hurling insults instead of talking about policy and specifics.
So, I had to write her a letter, from the heart….

Jay-Z is really on his grown man right now. It seems like every other day he is starting a new business, making a new record and or being named one of the biggest movers and shakers in the world. Today is no different. Jigga will be putting on 2 free concerts in an effort to get out the vote, one in Detroit and another in Miami.
According to The Associated Press, the concerts will be held in Detroit and Miami on Saturday (October 4) and Sunday (October 5) respectively.
The Detroit show will take place at the Cobo Hall while the Miami show will be held at the Bayfront Park Amphitheater. Both shows will kick off at 8:30 p.m. Source
Only catch is you have to be at least 18 years of age to attend. So if you’re in this area go check out Jay-Z and make sure you bring someone who is NOT registered to vote so we can get them signed up to put in a vote this November.
So I’m over on GlobalGrind.com when I see a title saying Obama on a Soul Train Line… What do you think? Is it him?

Rock City might be the most talented duo I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. They played this freestyle for me about a month ago. It had the whole studio bobbing and grooving. If you’re sick of paying over 4 bucks for gas, and getting your check on Friday only for it to be swallowed up by bill collectors by Monday then you need to download and bump this song while you’re in the parking lot of your job, or around any republicans.
With our nation in economic turmoil and the government on the brink of change, the songwriting duo has listened to the struggle from the streets and has made this track for everyone who feels hopeless in these dire times. A change is needed and Rock City is putting their mic in the air for that change.
Rock City – Ride For Obama
Last Friday at a rally in Florida, Barack Obama was heckled by a group of about 20 protesters about him being endorsed by the KKK. It baffles me that Blacks still believe nonsense being shoveled by the Neo-Cons running the Republican Party. Obama handled it like the statesmen he is, saying:
“Hey young people out there – it’s no problem for you to put your signs up, but let everybody – let me finish what I have to say, alright? Come on guys.”
I firmly believe that our race suffers from the whole crabs in a barrel disease.
