Paula Patton is the new Halle Berry, or she might just be the first Halle Berry. Last week while heading to my home girls birthday party, I bumped into a great writer named Smokey Fontaine. He’s the chief content officer over at Giant Mag. He just did a great piece w/ Paula Patton. While that interview is not online, it is in the latest issue of Giant Mag. Yet in my quest to learn more about the De Ja Vu & Precious star I stumbled across her talking about being in her bra and panties and well, I thought I should share it. 

Will any great art come out of these troubling times we’re in?

I’ve met a lot of women, and while most of them were probably sexual intellectuals,  I would say only  35% of the women are ladies? Let’s face it, a lot of women don’t know how to be a ladies. So in order to help out with this dilemma. I am posting some advice from Michelle Obama and I’m 100% sure that if females follow her example, a woman’s ladyhood would increase by 70%. Enjoy.

Mentoring matters, especially for young women: “I think that mentoring is such a critical part of the role I can play in this position. I see how little bits of exposure and big bits of exposure really change my girls significantly, and I want that for more girls around the country and the world.”

I think Imma start calling @darealamberrose Damn!ber Rose cause every time I see this women it’s like DAMN! I gotta pick my jaw up off the ground. I know all the people who hated on her when Kanye was first photographed are kicking themselves now for hating on her. The couple was spotting soaking up the rays on the beach. Earlier in the week the couple was seen holding hands on the set of John Legend’s video. Nothing says We love each other like a couple holding hands. More pics under the cut.

Today is Barack Obama’s 100th day in office and the one thing these last hundred days have shown me, if not the world, is that 2 Black people can love each other. The Obama’s have changed the face of America. It has shown me a glimpse into what a family can be. My home girl and I recently had a discussion of Barack Obama’s importance. She even went as far to say that sometimes she wish he didn’t get elected.
