Nicole Bitchie did say that she got propositioned by someone with the Cassie AND Rhianna pictures and that was back in December 2008!! Chris and Rhi Rhi was all good then, so that takes him off the hook. My thinking is that it's the cell phone or her ISP (Internet Service Provider).
Why would she leak something like this knowing it might cost the the covergirl adds she's just gotten back, not to mention "got milk" ads? Chris isn't stupid either, by months end, we'll know WHO leaked those pictures, if it was the cops investigating the case, then that should be sure grounds for dismissal - serious misconduct on the part of the LAPD. But, and I say this with a heavy heart, if it wasn't the LAPD that leaked the "incident photo", then it could only be Rhianna. To which I saw, wow!!
I've been wondering why is it that she didn't just announce that she was didn't trust the LAPD and was going to sue, 'em? In that way, she'd still keep her new "mainstream"/white supporters, still playing into the victim role AND she'd keep or get some "real" or "cred" in not testifying against Chris and the case just going away. If they still proceed with the case against Chris, she could make statements and just "jam up the district attorney and such." And, she'd be getting some serious loot at the end of everything.
But this could only "play out" if it WAS the LAPD that leaked/sold 'em to TMZ. The fact that she didn't take any of the steps I mapped out makes me think that maybe it was SHE who leaked the "incident photos."
