Flexibility is a must especiall if you want to use some special skills in bed...I work out and have taken up a pole dance class to strengthen my back and legs.....so far so good...yay!!!

Ok, I looked at the blue pic closely this morning and came to the realization that all of those aren't even of Ciara. If you look closely to the one who has her leg up in the air, that isn't Ciara's face. Its all good though, I can't wait to see how the video turns out.
