Most of y'all don't really know the law clearly. It is illegal to tape a person having sex with you, without their consent. If you watched the first part of the tape, she asked him what the envelope with the cash was, dude said "a gift" that takes the prostitution charge off the tape as a point of evidence in this tape. Why?
