It's not that men don't listen it's that from our perspective women include too many unecesary details when they speak and don't tell us what's important and what's not. We hear all the unecessary stuff and automatically shut down our listening capabilities. <br><br>Women, before you start talking to us about something tell what you want from us first. We need structure. If you just want to vent without an offered solution tell us that first and we'll give it to you. If you don't tell someone your expectation you need to accept responsibility for not getting what you expected. Men love and need structure although we don't say it.
