Didn’t Men Make The Cut Buddy Rules

Dear Xilla,

Here is My Dilemma: Girl meets guy and they both agree that they will be cut buddies and nothing more. After a few chance meetings guy starts calling girl more than he should. Guy starts wanting to spend more time with girl. Guy wants to know all of girl’s whereabouts. Guy starts calling girl his girl then guy slips and says I love you.

Didn’t men make the rules to this whole f*&* buddy arrangement in the first place now they are having the hardest time following them.

Yes men did make the cut buddy rules, but we all don’t know them so I’ve included a few rules I wrote a while back. Here is what you do. Click the share this link in the bottom left hand corner of this blog and post this blog as a bulletin on your page. The rules are below.

    1. The Sex Must Be Good – Under no circumstances is either party allowed to be lame in bed. Sure it happens to everybody, but under the Terms & Conditions of Cut Buddydum all sex must be the bomb. I could have stay home for regular s3x.
    2. Arrival Time – Another one of the key obligations of a cut buddy is promptness. A cut buddy should always be on time and should arrive no later than 5 minutes of the schedule cut time.
    3. Departure Time – This is equally important, as a cut buddy you are obligated to leave after the sex is done, or at least with in an hour. But seriously, it should be more like 5 minutes to a half hour. Do not fall asleep, to not try to cuddle unless you plan on starting round 2. Under no circumstances are you allowed to spend the night if you live in the same town/state.
    4. Optional Obligations - A Cut buddy is not without options. Oral sex is an option and is not required when both parties are only on cut buddy status. There is no if you do me I’ll do you and as a cut buddy you are not allowed to demand oral sex. That is an optional feature that is not included in the standard edition.
    5. Daytime Minutes - Sure as a cut buddy you can converse with one another but as a CB you are entitled to keep all daytime none sexual conversation to a complete and utter minimum.

  • Whoever makes the rules doesn't matter. I think 9/10 someone is going to break the rules even if established up front. And I think usually 7/9 of those times it's probably the woman. I feel as men we can separate the emotions from the sex. So if us men know it's a cut buddy situation we will act accordingly. I think as much as women may want to have a cut buddy with no attachments I think it's not in their nature to even be able to do it at least not for a prolonged time.

    That's not necessarily true. it depends on the type of woman that you're dealing. I've had a cut buddy and been one too. I, not him, was the one who initated and made the rules very clear. But, as time went on HE was the one that caught feelings. True, not ALL women can hadle a cut buddy situation, but there are a lot of MEN who can't handle it either.

    lol...good point. a woman can't teach a boy how to be a man. but watching how men do women is where i learned a few tricks. and i found out that they usually can't handle what they do to women being done to them. all in all, if the candy is too sweet, then put it down! ;-)

    I don't agree. I had a cut buddy for almost 9yrs and we understand the terms and conditions of our agreement. No issues, no problems. I don't stress him and he doesn't stress me.

    We follow all of Xilla's listed rules to the "T". There was only one mishap where I went at his house and his girlfriend was upstairs watching tv (he lived in a two story house). I didn't know she was there..and b4 I cud leave she came downstairs & saw me. She was pissed, but like she 'supposed' to she confronted him & not me. I left and he called me later and we got it in.

    Yes men do make the rules, and I am in agreement with all of yours 1-5 are precise, direct and cannot be strayed from.

    Expecially #2.........punctuality is key. That is how you miss out on the opportunity and because you two are casual, someone else can come in and steal your spot. See, even though yours is "good" & you both are totally satisfied erry time that does not mean that you are the only one in the hand. When I feel like fuckin, that's exactly what I want to do.

    Believe it or not, there are plenty of people who can perform sexually. Not just you and not just me. Be confident, but please, PLEASE don't ever think that you're the best.

    The cut buddy rule does not work. Even in the age of sexual liberation we need to remember that sex is intimacy, intimacy will lead to emotional attachment. That will NOT change, someone will eventually catch feelings or break the rules. In this scenario, the man caught feelings :)... NO one really wins the sex game anyway

    I'm loving this one! Before I met my now b/f I had the same f*** buddy for 3/4 years on and off. We both had rules that we brought to the table, my first two rules were made mainly because of my children (as it should be):

    1. Arrive no earlier than 9 pm
    2. When the alarm goes off at 6 am, its time to get up and get out.

    Any thing else should come as standard out of mutual respect for each other.
