Jennifer Hudson’s Mother Shot and Killed

Life is short and I’m sort of sick of writing about Blacks dying especially dying to senseless violence. The wonderful Jennifer Hudson lost her mother today as to a fatal gun shot.

She was reportedly found fatally shot in a South Side home Friday, according to a representative of the family’s church, CBS Station WBBM-TV in Chicago reported.

Two adults were found dead in a home at 70th Street and Yale Avenue Friday afternoon, according to the Chicago Fire Department. Source

Our prayers go out to Jennifer Hudson and her entire family.

According to the Chicago Tribne, a 7-year-old boy named Julian King is missing. Police would not say whether he is a relative of the actress.

Police are also looking for a white 1994 Chevrolet Suburban with Illinois license plate No. X584859, from that location. The missing boy may be in the vehicle.A public records search shows the car is registered to Jason Hudson, Jennifer Hudson’s brother.

According to a source, the actress’ sister reported the boy missing from the home.

Jennifer Hudson is not injured, her bodyguard told the Tribune.

One of the victims was a woman in her 50s who was shot in the head. The other was a 29-year-old man who was shot in the chest, according to a spokes

    I just heard on WGCI (Chicago radio station) that her brother was killed in addition to to her mother and her 6 year old nephew is missing. Allegedly, J Hud's sister was involved in some mess and some dude threatened to kill her family. So sad...RIP.

  • so, new reports state that the suspect claims to be married to J Hud's sister. He has a myspace and he stated that on there. They have the suspect and his mom is claiming he didn't do it. They haven't found the car or the boy yet.
    Jennifer credits her mother for her audition for american idol. Her album was pushed back SO many times, and now its about to blow up and her mom won't see it...
