Thought – I’m Never Calling You Again
Imagine you’re at a club, or some other gathering when you see the hottest person you’ve seen in your life and they are feeling you in return. You think to yourself they can get it, and you smile. They return the smile and the meeting for later that evening is confirmed. You go back to their place, a hotel room or maybe just the bathroom of the club and you conduct your meeting. Now what? If you haven’t guessed I’m talking about a one night stand. Most of us have had at least one in our lifetime, but should you let the person know upfront that the two of you will only have sex once?
The last one nighter I had, was with this lady from out of town, we decided to have a few drinks together and after that 4th shot of patron, we couldn’t keep our hands off of each other. The obvious next stop was her hotel room. We spent the whole night meeting, meeting and meeting once more in the morning. We were so exhausted that she ended up missing her flight. I wondered to myself would I ever see her again. I had no intention of calling her again despite the great sex we had. She had my number, I figured I would let her make the call.
After 3 days and no phone call, I thought to myself ‘one day she may come back to the ATL’ so I gave her a courtesy call. As soon as she picked up I said “Oh you just going to use me for my manxilla huh?” She laughed and explained she didn’t think I would want to hear from her again. I laughed and told her “I don’t let good sex pass me by, and I’m sure that you’ll be in Atlanta again.”
I guess what I’m trying to ask is what is your one night stand etiquette? Do you let the person know this is only a one night thing?
