1) Huge hands that look like u need to do an adams apple check..lol
2) Rough looking hands like she's been using her hands to walk….lol

for rough hands, she can do a paraffin treatment every two wks. or lotion her hands really good and wear special moisturizing gloves for a few hrs everyday….lol.
