You heard correctly. I am not a nutritionist but it does help. Your diet truly plays a big part in how good you taste. I eat a lot of fruits and consume a lot of pineapple juice and water. I have not had anyone complain of tasting anything bitter. The women were and continue to be pleasntly surprised when what they tasted was not bitter. That is just my experience.
