…like Stephanie Mills. I’ve been super busy this weekend, but the good news is that I have a lot of great content and changes on the way. So since I didn’t have time to write anything today here is one of my most popular blog post. I hope you enjoy it the 2nd time around.

You heard correctly. I am not a nutritionist but it does help. Your diet truly plays a big part in how good you taste. I eat a lot of fruits and consume a lot of pineapple juice and water.
