I hear a lotta people talking down about Kanye's latest venture and I don't know why. It seems like 'Ye can do no wrong in my eyes. I love it!
I really like this song because it's different. And I dont even care for Kanye. When I first heard it I also thought he was talking to Alexis. But I think I like the VMA version better. It seems like some instruments are missing. But the words are the truth!!!
The song is fire & it's just what I would expect from Kanye. He's constantly trying to one up the competition by going left when everyone expects him to go right. He used the perfect platform to perform it & that was the MTV Video Music Awards. He's doing something different yet fresher than a pair of Air Force One's straight from the Nike factory.
I like the live version way better, a little disappointed if this is the final cut for the track. People have been scrambling for the official track ever since he performed it, so I hope he delivers with something with a bit more clarity and quality that can embody the hype of the live performance.
