Grand Opening, Grand Closing – Jigga Sells 40/40 in Vegas

Look like Jay-Z got sick of all the pissed off employees and other problems with is 40/40 club in sin city.
Less than nine months after opening the Vegas version of his 40/40 Club in the Palazzo, Jay-Z has sold the joint for an undisclosed amount.
He’s not out of the restaurant business yet, he plans on opening up new 40/40 clubs in Chicago, Tokyo and Macau. The Vegas 40/40 will be turned into a bar.
that suks, buh dam u gotta attach more than a big name to make a place successful. like quality service, decent food, etc.
maybe he shude hav a reality show where he serches for a chef for his restaraunt? its an idea!

thats beyond me… Jay Z selling his stake in real estate on the strip. Makes no sense to me, but then his 400 plus million to my 400 dollars shows who's had better success.
i still dont get it though. Black man finally gets a piece of Vegas, only to sell it, and let them turn it into a simple ass bar… after all that 24k gold flooring and projection screens…. smh
