I keep hearing more and more women say this. My home girl Aura from ATF brought this to my attention to I decided to open this up to my twitter freaks to see what they had to say.

OMG!!! Me and ALL my girls been sayin this same shit ALL summer… I dont know, when or why but it seems like men an women are swapping places when it comes to relationships and sex. Used to be men complaining about women being clingy, jealous, insecure, stalkin… an now it's them. Gettin feelins hurt, catchin feelins, whining, complaining, naggin and blowin a Bitch UP!!!

Men are the new women when:
You are conversing with a guy and he wants to go on and on about what is wrong with the women of today. As if that isn't bad enough, he references the show “Girlfriends” (with ample knowledge and examples) to illustrate his points. What REAL man watches “Girlfriends”?
My estimation of the problem is that men have bought into the oh-so-prevalent-idea that women want a sensitive man. I have always contended that I do not want a sensitive man, I want an understanding man. A man who understands that women are emotional and he may not get it, but he allows me to be emotional over “women's issues” without mocking or scolding me. Men have stopped being men because they allow women to effemanize them by doing such things as watching Girlfriends/Sex and the City, Going shopping and holding the purse; Making baby showers co-ed, etc.
A man should be man enough to stand up to a woman and put his foot down and say with great CONFIDENCE—”No, I will not do that because I am a man and that act is feminine!” If a man will not assert himself with a woman, he is not a man, but a mouse. A man should always have his own barometer of what is/isn't feminine behavior for a man to participate in. If I can control a man, beleive me, I don't want him and CANNOT repect him. I am old-fashioned, the bible says a woman will never have authority over a man and the man is the head of the household. If you want the authority and to run the household, then you must command respect as a person and a man. PERIOD.
I love this post Xilla..I just recently broke up with my ex because he would not let me be the female in the relationship..he did most of what was mentioned above..

LOL I agree with this. I had a friend who was low on testerone. He called me all the time although I wasn't interested, he deleted me off of facebook because I put “in a relationship” with another friend. Then one time I called him a name and he apologized to me. Love it. This dude was sprung for no reason.

I was going to post on this yesterday, but my ADD kicked in.
My most recent ex would only go out with his family (mom dad and brother). When I mean only I mean the movies, concerts etc. When I lost my job I had a lot of male friends getting me out the house and snapping me out of my shock. He got mad because they were doing what he refused to do and said “what are you retarded like your son” and then said “Don't let me see you out in the streets”. He spent 2 months trying to get back with me after that. If he wasn't such a bitch he would have been an average guy at the least.

I had a dude who would worry about his girl every 15 min. When she cheated on him he didn't eat. Maybe it has to do with the lost of fathers or a male figure. Something. Also whats wrong with a dude watching Girlfriends? Its a good Black sitcom. I understand the quoting and stuff but why women flip when a man watches more than ESPN?

a guy im messin around with is catching MAD FEELINGS.. i spoke to him on the phone, told him I was in another city (that was a lie), 5 minutes later he's buzzing me from my lobby….long story short, he was knockin on my door then hiding in the stairwell LOL
