One of his past wives had a male best friend, and of course he wasn't comfortable with that. He later found out that during one of his tours out of town his wife slept with her best friend after a fight my b/w my best friend & her. It's a sticky situation no matter how you cut it. It's one thing if you're single with a best friend of the opposite sex, but we all saw in the movie "My best friend's wedding" that the boundaries will be tested.
