I had a chance to catch MTV When The Gavel Drops yesterday and whoa! I did not know that R-Kelly settled 3 cases about sleeping with underaged women in his past. But I mean he actually says he likes underage girls on his 12 play album.

On The song I Like the Crotch on You he exposes himself by saying and I Quote:

Only if you’re old enough baby 18 & over or 16 and under oh how I wonder I wonder… I Wonder DAMN!!
