Halle Berry - How To Lose The Baby Fat

Halle Berry is back out on the scene to help fund raise for breat cancer and walking off some of the pounds she packed on due to her bundle of joy. I know losing the baby fat can be a big hassle so here are some ways to lose the gut.

As soon as the baby is born most women go back to work. Now if you work in Corporate America, then you know that it’s like working at a Buffet sometimes. It’s always someones birthday and it’s always some new program or procedure witch calls for cake, cookies or just candy. So instead of sitting at your desk and putting on more weight than Janet Jackson when she doesn’t have an album coming out.

  • Walking to the next train station or your car pool stop can help you shed some pounds.
  • Stand up for part of your day. Working on your feet for a little bit is good for you.
  • Walk around the office Building, lace up your Nikes and burn away those lbs
  • Groceries, bring your own snacks. There is no excuse for eating cookies if you got your own health food in your desk
  • Keep Lunch Away, Outlook is great set up a reminder for you to go get your lunch and eat it away from your desk. Walking back can burn off a few extra calories
  • Keep the food secure. If your lunch isn’t at your desk all day then you’ll think about it less and be less likely to take bits here and there.

      I found reducing my portions, drinking more water and eating frequent snacks helps.

      If I eat a small balanced breakfast, and grab a snack mid morning I won’t pig out during lunch. When I skip doing that I end up eating meatloaf, mashed potatoes, string beans, large tea and a cookie for lunch and be slumped over at my computer by 2:30p, looking for the 3:00p sugar fix…lol.
