Ne-Yo Does It Big For The Mothers

Ne-yo is hosting a Mother’s day brunch today in the Castleberry Hill section of ATL. I must say this is a good look for him. We all know he’s a different breed of entertainer.
“I want to bring the integrity back to the game, from the look to the essence. If you take things back to the days of Nat King Cole and/or the Rat Pack [Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Dean Martin], you couldn’t call yourself an entertainer, unless you were a special type. Your suit had to be dressed, your tie had to be pressed and your shoes [had to] be shined up.” Source
I feel you on that Ne,Ne just be sure not to lose an eye. Ne-Yo’s new album Year of the Gentleman is due in stores June 24.

That’s a nice gesture on his part. I wouldn’t think he knew a damn thing about Nat King Cole, but that’s cool to see that he can recognize a class act when he sees one.
